Vexillum (Refurbished)

Vexilla may show signs of previous use including  wear or repaired sections. Bent pieces are carefully straightened, while broken sections are restored using high-strength JB Weld epoxy and reinforced for normal use and display. Broken Vexilla are not welded, as the heat required will damage the original finish and decorative details.

Metal surfaces are cleaned and polished when appropriate, except for gold or brass painted finishes where polishing may remove the original coating.

Like new Vexilla, refurbished units may still bend or break if accidentally dropped or mishandled.
